Participation in the Course is voluntary and requires prior registration.

In order to participate in the Course, the Participant must complete and submit the registration form available on the Website and pay the applicable participation fee in the amount, within the deadline and in the manner specified by the Organizer (the “Registration”).

One Registration entitles only one individual to participate in the Course.

A Participant registered by a third party remains fully bound by these Terms.

The number of available places for the Course is limited. Participation is granted in the order of completed Registrations, meaning the correct submission of the registration form and receipt of payment by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to close the registration process at any time and to refuse to accept further Registrations.

Where Registration is completed less than two business days prior to the commencement of the Course, participation is conditional upon the Participant presenting proof of payment upon request by the Organizer.

Upon acceptance of the Registration by the Organizer, a legally binding agreement is concluded between the Organizer and the Participant, of which these Terms form an integral part.

3. Fees and Payments

Participation in the Course is subject to payment.

Information regarding the participation fees is published on the Website.

The amount of the participation fee depends on the selected participation option or package.

Participation in the Course is conditional upon timely payment of the applicable fee.

Payment shall be deemed completed on the date the Organizer’s bank account is credited. Failure to make timely payment entitles the Organizer to cancel the Participant’s Registration.

At the time of Registration, the Participant shall provide complete and accurate invoicing details. If such details are not provided, the invoice shall be issued to a private individual.

Invoices are issued electronically after payment has been received and are sent to the e-mail address provided in the Registration form.

All costs related to participation in the Course, including travel and accommodation expenses, shall be borne by the Participant.

If the Course is cancelled by the Organizer for reasons not attributable to the Participant, the Organizer shall refund all fees paid by the Participant within 14 days to the bank account indicated by the Participant or, if no account is indicated, to the account from which the payment was made.
